This qualitative research study aimed to gain a deeper understanding of how economic pressures like inflation, tech layoffs, and a looming recession are changing the way Americans think about their finances, and how insurance fits into ideas around financial stability.

• recruited and personally interviewed the 12 participants
• conducted the research analysis
• acted as creative director, collaborating with a designer to bring the content to life
• wrote 12 as-told-to profiles of the research participants.
