Building on research we had conducted with small business owners and ongoing work designing portals and systems for independent agents, this report was intended to help the insurance industry reimagine the agent-broker paradigm for the modern age to serve small business owners better as they sought to rebuild their businesses after Covid.

My Role

• conducted desk research on how small business owners were impacted by Covid

• conducted  research analysis, formulated insights, and collaborated with a strategist to uncover opportunities for insurers

• collaborated with a designer to develop creative direction, layout the report, and design infographics

• wrote the report
